This international Re-insurance and general lines provider is looking to recruit a Group HR Operations Manager to work from their Zurich HQ.
is an overriding multinational body set up to manage the entire Groups Facilities, Resources, Back office teams, IT groups and Internal operational improvement managers and staff. This is a huge organisational with over six thousand direct reports and an immediate group of third party resources numbering over eight thousand. The Group HR Operations Manager reports directly to Organizational Effectiveness & HR Director.
Essentially this well paid Swiss HR operations job
is all about improving operational effectiveness across a number of group departments. Besides managing the internal evaluation staff you will work closely with the HR teams and HR business partners. People improvement and talent management program design will be a key remit in this role. You can expect to be asked to undertake training needs analysis and to identify new learning partners to work with. It will all be about getting the most “bang for the buck.” ROI will need to be measured and demonstrated prior to the launch of any new programs.
For serious consideration for the Group HR Operations Manager you should be a graduate with at least a decades worth of solid corporate HR experience. You will be skilled in training assessment and have worked internationally. You will be comfortable mentoring and coaching senior management and be able to build a cross border talent development program from scratch. You will need to speak fluent English.
Obviously the Group HR Operations Manager is a senior role and as such commands a top of the line salary package.
